AWS Billing
AWS Billing is a customized fork of Bablo Billing. It creates and manages personal and business invoices for ESX, QBCore, or Qbox. Upstream author attribution remains in fxmanifest.lua.
Requirements
- One supported core: ESX, QBCore, or Qbox
- oxmysql
- A society or banking resource if business invoices should charge society accounts
- The manifest references FiniAC. Keep it installed, or remove its shared-script entry only if your server does not use that integration.
Install
- Copy the folder without renaming it; its resource name is bablo-billing.
- Configure the framework and society bridge in config.lua.
- Ensure the database user can create and update tables. src/database/sql-init.lua initializes billing tables at resource start; no separate SQL file must be imported.
- Start dependencies first, then add:
ensure oxmysql
ensure qb-core
ensure bablo-billing
Use es_extended or qbx_core instead of qb-core when selected. Set Config.Framework to auto, esx, qbcore, or qbox.
First-use settings
- Config.OpenMenu: default key, F7
- Config.OpenCommand: default /fatura; set to false to disable
- Config.SocietyResource: banking/society implementation
- Config.Invoice: due dates, personal invoices, cleanup, overdue auto-payment
- Config.JobAccount: job access and grade permissions
- Config.Locale, Config.Theme, Config.Currency: language, accent, currency
Check job names and grades against your core before enabling business accounts. Test with disposable accounts.
Integration API
Client exports: Open, OpenJob, CanAccessJobAccount. Server exports: CreateInvoice, createInvoice, payInvoice, getInvoice, deleteInvoice, HasUnpaidInvoices, GetUnpaidInvoiceSummary. Preserve exact case and call them on the correct side.
Troubleshooting
- UI will not open: verify resource name, core startup, F7/command settings.
- Invoices fail to save: check oxmysql startup order, database permissions, and server logs.
- Company payments fail: verify Config.SocietyResource, job name, and society account.
