Clear conditions for the delivery of editable digital resources.
Open-source packages contain editable files that cannot be recalled after delivery. Where the applicable withdrawal exception for immediately delivered intangible goods applies, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.
This exception is not based solely on a product being called open source. Product type, delivery method, required pre-contract information and applicable law must be considered together. Statutory withdrawal rights remain available where they apply.
Contact us about a wrong package, missing or corrupt files, duplicate charges, non-delivery or a material mismatch with the advertised product. We review the order and issue and consider correction, redelivery or a refund as appropriate.
Mandatory rights relating to faulty products remain unaffected. This policy is not a blanket refusal of all refunds.

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment channel where supported. The time for funds to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank. Contact support with your order number to check the status.
